Legal Drafting for Advocates

Drafting support exclusively for advocates — court-ready documents with sound reasoning behind every paragraph.

This service is for lawyers. Busy advocates and chambers send us the brief, and we return accurate, well-structured drafts with proper citations, current BNS and BNSS references and clear legal reasoning — ready to file, and saving hours of work.

We draft for every stage of a matter, including property, injunction, recovery, specific performance, consumer, contract and divorce matters, for advocates practising across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Common questions

Who can use the drafting service?

Practising advocates, chambers and law firms. We do not draft directly for litigants. If you are not an advocate and need help with a document, see our legal advisory and consultation page.

How quickly can a draft be returned?

It depends on the document and the material you send. Tell us your filing or hearing date when you brief us, and we will say at the outset whether it can be met; urgent drafts can be prioritised.

What do you need to begin a draft?

A short note of the facts, copies of the relevant documents, the court and case number if the matter is already filed, the relief you want and your deadline. Documents can be shared by email or WhatsApp.

Are criminal drafts updated for the new codes?

Yes. Criminal drafts cite the BNS, BNSS and BSA, with the corresponding provisions of the IPC, CrPC and Evidence Act noted where that helps the court.
