Cyber Crime Lawyers in Hyderabad

Fast, well-drafted action for victims of online fraud, harassment and data misuse.

Lost money to an online fraud?

Call the national cyber fraud helpline 1930 or report at cybercrime.gov.in straight away — reporting in the first hours gives the best chance of freezing the money. Then contact us for the complaint and follow-up.

Cyber offences move fast and evidence disappears faster. We help you preserve screenshots, transaction records and links properly, draft a complaint the police can act on, and follow it through.

We advise individuals and businesses on offences and obligations under the Information Technology Act and the BNS.

Common questions

I have lost money to an online fraud. What do I do first?

Call 1930 or report at cybercrime.gov.in at once, ideally within the first hours, so that the bank can attempt to freeze the amount. Keep screenshots, transaction IDs and the numbers or links used. Then contact us for the complaint to the Cyber Crime Police Station and its follow-up.

Will the police register an FIR for a cyber offence?

A cognizable offence must be registered. If a complaint is not acted on, it can be taken to senior officers or placed before the Magistrate with a request to direct registration. We draft the complaint so that it is complete and follow it up until it is registered.

Can fake profiles or abusive posts be taken down?

Yes. Platforms are required to act on takedown requests under the IT Rules, and the police and courts can direct removal. We help you report the content, preserve evidence of it and pursue the person responsible.

Someone is threatening to share my private photos. What can I do?

Do not pay and do not delete the messages. Preserve the evidence, report the matter at cybercrime.gov.in, which has a specific category for such complaints, and call us. Sextortion is a serious offence and we handle these matters discreetly and urgently.
