Civil Litigation Advocates in Hyderabad

Suits, interim relief, execution and appeals — prepared on the record and argued with care.

Civil disputes are won on pleadings and documents long before the final hearing. We build each suit from the papers up: the cause of action, limitation, the right relief and the evidence that will prove it.

We act for plaintiffs and defendants in property, money, contract and consumer matters, from the first legal notice to execution of the decree.

Common questions

How long does a civil suit take?

There is no fixed period. An application for interim relief may be decided within weeks, while a contested suit can take years to reach judgment, depending on the court, the parties and the evidence. We give you a realistic range for your matter at the first meeting and keep you informed after every hearing.

Do I have to send a legal notice before filing a suit?

A notice is mandatory in some cases, such as suits against the government, and advisable in most others: it records the claim, gives the other side a chance to settle and often shortens the dispute. We advise whether one is needed in your matter and draft it so that it supports the suit if one follows.

Is there a time limit for filing a civil case?

Yes. The Limitation Act prescribes a period for every kind of claim, commonly three years from the date the right to sue arises, with shorter or longer periods for particular suits. A good claim can be lost by delay, so bring your documents to us early.

Can a civil dispute be settled without a trial?

Yes. Courts refer suitable matters to mediation, and parties may compromise at any stage and have the settlement recorded as a decree. Where settlement serves your interests we pursue it; where it does not, we prepare the matter for trial.
